Video Resources
These are a few playlists I’ve put together for patients over the years. They are all from external creators whose online work I like. They support what we do together in the treatment room. You’ll notice it’s a lot of somatics videos. Somatics is meant to be small and precise, that’s where the juiciness comes from.
✶ Move slowly. Breathe. And stop if anything hurts or doesn’t feel right.

■ This is for when your nervous system needs to down regulate.
A collection for when you need to slow down and let your body settle. Ideal after treatment, on high-stress days, or any time you feel wound up and unable to rest. Let these guide you into a softer state.
✶ I really like these ones!

■ For hip tightness, low back tension, or post-treatment support
The psoas is one of the deepest muscles in the body. It connects your spine + diaphragm to your legs and can hold a lot of stress and tension. These videos offer slow, guided releases to help it soften. Move gently and breathe through every movement.
✶ These are a really great accompaniment to treatment, especially if we chatted about your psoas.

■ For both releasing and strengthening, pick the video that works for your body.
This playlist covers both ends of the spectrum: videos to release and soften an overactive pelvic floor, and videos to gently strengthen and reconnect. Not sure where to start? Begin with the releasing videos (the last 2) and notice how you feel.
✶ I use these videos (when I remember)
-
■ For opening the front body: hip flexors, abdomen, chest & neck
The anterior line runs along the entire front of your body. When it gets tight — from sitting, stress, or repetitive movement — it can affect posture, breathing, and back pain. These dynamic stretches are great as a post work reset.
✶ Some of these videos are old, and low quality, but the vibes are good.
